To manually upgrade the firmware on your modem, your computer MUST be connected directly to your modem using the Ethernet cable.

The most current version of the GT701 firmware is QW06.5-3.60.3.0.8.5 for Windows and QW05.5-3.60.3.0.7.6 for Mac. To check the firmware version on your modem, go to the Modem Status page. If your modem has any version other than those previously listed, use the Manual Firmware Upgrade Instructions below.
