Qwest Business Line Plus and Qwest Utility Line are a package of features available to business customers in conjunction with an individual or additional flat rate business line. Business customers subscribing to the package are entitled to the following features:
Qwest Business Line Plus package has three options for service:
Qwest Utility Line provides an additional line. This line can only be added in conjunction with a contracted Qwest Business Line Plus. The Qwest Utility Line can only be provided on a one-to-one basis (maximum of one Qwest Utility Line with each Qwest Business Line Plus package). No additional services, such as features or listings, are allowed with this line.
Contracts do not have to be signed, but Termination Liability Assessment (TLA) may apply if a contracted package is removed prior to the expiration of the contract term.

Qwest Business Line Plus is identified by the following USOCs:
Contracts are state specific and term specific; e.g., to offer the one or two year term, a one or two year contract is needed. Multiple Qwest Business Line Plus packages can be billed on the same account. Contracted packages on the same account must have the same term - all one year or all two year. A month-to-month package may be billed with a contracted package.
