Qwest IP Voice International Gateway service provides post telephone & telegraph administrations (PTTs), Enhanced Service Providers (ESPs) and other international carriers with access to PSTN via termination of dedicated long distance IP voice traffic domestically and internationally at competitive flat-rate pricing.

International-to-domestic U.S. traffic and International to International traffic is supported:
(Domestic-to- domestic calls carry a $.20 per minute surcharge)
- One flat-rate and tiered pricing for LD termination in contiguous 48 U.S. states
- Flat-rate pricing is available for Alaska, Hawaii, extended territories and Caribbean; (contact a Qwest wholesale sales representative for rates)
- Flat-rate pricing with tiered reporting
Billing Increments
- U.S. Domestic — 6/6, bills in 6-second increments after the initial 6 seconds
- International/Canada — 30/6, bills in 6-second increments after the initial 30 seconds
- Mexico — 60/60, bills in 60-second increments after the initial 60 seconds
(Customer must provide data in SIP header to ensure system sees it as an internationally originated call)
